second, if nominations and Visa both refuse then if do not hold any visa the section 48 will apply. You cannot apply onshore any visa. If any substantive visa live when your file get refused then you can apply any visa onshore. So just relax and if think you need to apply 457 / 482 then do it now while you are on bridging visa A .

if apply 482 new 457 then you will get bridging visa E. Ok

Hello everyone!!! 

I have a very important question to ask.  My 457 visa expired and i didn't extend the visa. By this time i applied my 187 DE.  If my nomination is rejected and i withdraw my 187 application.  Do i need to leave australia to apply again 187 or any other visa.

Submit genius and complete applications; Update your nomination and application files when you find they are going to expire, do that before the department ask you (except medical); Contact your agents often to track your applications, know details about your applications; Choose your agents cautiously, do not use those 100%, because there are never never 100% in this game. A. if you have been sponsored from "xyz" and  working in "ABC" under the same employeer, Than no problem at all regardless ABC can go to hell. 

B. Your ABN shouldn't be changed, even your employeer sell the "XYZ" as well, and new employeer come. But new employer have to use the existing ABN. ABN will only be changed if new employer change and name of the company. 

C. in your situation you was working in abc and been sponsored by xyz and xyz under the previous employer then you have no problem at all. 

D. i had the same issue and my agent said to me even my employer sold the 100% share and new employer keep the existing ABN. then there is no problem at all.

Better ask a registered migration agent.

The company is xyz pty ltd.  They are not selling that one.  I am sponsored from there.  They just selling The Business "ABC".

I am sponsored by "xyz pty ltd" but their tarding or Business name is "ABC". I am working in "ABC". My owner is planning to sale the ABC that means business.  But they will not sale or close "xyz pty ltd". 

My question is will it effect my 187 visa and nomination application if they sale "ABC" the businesa
