Im not sure what happens if nomination is approved and visa is yet to be finalised.

Rreceived a call in work today to speak to the company owner and confirm that I worked here and the position was valid.

Got a call from my MA 10 minutes later to tell me nomination was approved!!

 

Just waiting on visa approval now so hopefully they will look at that soon!!

Where did u get 9-12 month processing time things mate!!  I can only see 17 - 20 months

Does anyone knows any update of 187 processing.  Which timeline they are processing??

BAS and Business GST return should be attached with you nomination application not in the visa application file.  As far i know
