Nomination & RCB Lodged 28th August 2016 RCB Approved 3rd November 2016 Visa lodged 29th September 2017 Nomination Approved 21st of June 2018 Visa approved today 4th July 2018!!!!! Office Manager RSMS 187 Direct Entry WA LR Country So so happy!!!!!!

Thanks Sharma99!! We are a growing company with 9 full-time employees and dozens of subcontractors. Turnover last financial year was more than $1.5M and our company is within the construction industry. We have almost doubled our workload in the last year and we have numerous new project contracts signed for the foreseeable future.

No documents - our MA had absolutely everything uploaded that they could have possibly asked for. They just wanted to speak to the director to confirm that the position would be available for at least 2 years and that it was genuine.

Nomination approved today!!! WA Office Manager 187 Direct Entry Nomination Lodged 28th August 2016 Visa Lodged September 2017 Onshore Rreceived a call in work today to speak to the company owner and confirm that I worked here and the position was valid. Got a call from my MA 10 minutes later to tell me nomination was approved!! Just waiting on visa approval now so hopefully they will look at that soon!!

Hi kcd, Congratulations! Please share the year that applications were lodged. What state and occupation and was it DE or TRT?

Hi Deza, Did you use an agent or do it yourself? This is our second application - we first applied in August 2015 and it was refused in March 2016. We had to withdraw our visa as the nomination was refused and we lost all the money Spoke with my agent today (I speak with her pretty much every day) and she has said that they are just issuing refusals whenever they feel like it at the moment - such a backlog, nothing is guaranteed

Same as you SianChloe - 8 more days and we are 19 months!! WA, 187 DE, Office Manager Nomination August 2016 RCB approved November 2016 Visa September 2017 LR country & Defacto also Everytime we get close to processing time, they increase it by a month!!!
