My 457 expired on 13 Aug 2017 I applied for renew 457 on 5 Aug 2017 CO ask for Doc in Oct 17 CO didn’t ask anything about Business SBS Docs Submitted Oct 17 SBS Expired in Dec 17, haven’t applied for SBS renewal yet In IMMI account shows Now Further Assessment, before was assessment in progress, so I can’t understand Business need to apply for SBS or should be ok

Hi Guys i have a Question? i applied RSMS as a cook on Oct 2016 visa and Nom , no reply, 2. As well I applied 457 visa (renewal) on Aug 2017, CO allocated in October and ask For docs, and I submitted in a week, and it’s shows me on IMMI account “ assessment Progress”. yesterday I check in IMMI account it’s shows now “Further assessment “. so what I understand now? already 7 month applied 457 visa, 3. Business SBS was expired in Dev 2017, after applied 457, and the business haven’t renew SBS yet, and fist time CO didn’t ask anything for SBS so I don’t know need to apply for SBS or should be ok, thanks and in IMMI Accountant same here shows last updated 17 Nov 2017

Hi all, I Applied as a Cook on Oct 2016, Nomination and visa both, still no C.O or not any update yet, nearly 16 month finish, so anyone’s file open on cook position? pls update so we know how long will be wait more, thanks
