Actually, My Laywer was done all the refund process. I believe you can apply the fee return form and submit on AAT. Only nominations one you can apply but visa one must need apply your employer who paid application fees.

Hello guys, l already published great news on this group 15 days ago. I got my 187 visa. I was applied 186 visa March 16 2017 that one rejected with out request the documents, however they did not provide to us good reason reject the nomination so we applied the AAT 2018 feb. after that I was applied the 489 visa and granted on nov 2018. My Laywer was suggested me apply the 187 direct entry so I applied the 187 direct entry on March 6 and finally that application was succeeded on sep 2019. With in 6 month. After visa granted we withdrawn the aat and application fee return applied . Today I received just 1731$ Only I thought I return whole amount of the money. WHAT YOU RECON GUYS?? Please respond me

Recently I got 187 visa granted so we had withdrawn the AAT APPLICATION YESTERDAY. I thought we can receive the half of moneys paid once withdrawn the application. Do you guys got any idea return the application fee?

I sent profit and loss statement as well as tax return documents.

Golden email received now getting relief 187 visa direct entry chef sa 7 years experience on field 187 Temporary transition stream refused 2017 with out request documents. Skill assessment done and applied 489 489 visa granted 11dec 2018 again 187 direct stream visa applied 6march 2019. nomination granted 25 July 2019 medical and afp requested submitted 9 August 2019 Aat file also opened and nomination granted from IMMIGRATION 15 August requested latest payroll submited with in 2 days visa granted today on direct stream now processing withdrawal the another visa cheers

TIMELINE STUDENT VISA GRANTED FOR COMMUNITY WELFARE WORK 2008 July class started jan 2009 started work as a cook Asian restaurant 20hours from 2009 july course finished 2011 Government changed the rule, higher English requirement started enrolled nurse 2011 to 13 still did not get any options to get PR enrolled at UNISA Registered nurse DONE VERY WELL ALL SUBJECT REMAIN (5.3 GPA overall) STUDIED UNTIL FINAL SEMESTER RN still haven’t got options that time due to my English test. Haven’t got 7 in each my employer offered nice salary and sponsorship. We applied working visa first 2015 jan . Visa granted on March and 2017 March transactionsal streams 186 nominations and visa applied feb 2018 nominations refused due to training documents not provide without requesting documents. Applied AAT feb2018 start process for skill assessment and got result on dec2018. applied 187 direct streams feb 19 AAT FILE OPEN JULY 19 AND WITH OUT ANY HEARING FEVERING FROM AAT. And nomination got approved 25 july 19. And request AFP AND MEDICAL SAME DAY. AFP and medical done by 9 August. Direct steams file also open and nominations got approved and requested 3 years experience 13 August 19. Submitted by 15 August 19. now I am waiting for GOLDEN EMAIL. Still showing further assessment on IMMIACCOUNT.
