hey mates https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/form-listing/forms/stat_dec_sponsor.pdf is this any useful? I did a generic stat. dec. already as the sponsor , then I found this which is specifically meant for the sponsor any advises?

thanks for your helpful response yes I have provied Nikah/Shadi/Valima photos and Post Marriage Hangout pics , as well as a recent short trip to meet my wife back home (provided pics and airticket and boarding pass) anything else to strengthen the case?

hey mates wanted some advise , DOL 10-Jan--2019 , all docs loaded , Medicals completed . a) is it too early to upload my wife's Paki PCC? I have already uploaded my AFP cert b) is it worth to also upload and provide links to Nikah/Shadi/Valima Marriage videos? I just wanted to make sure that there are no delays whenever the CO pulls up my file , he should have every proof and should straight move to make a decision on my file (my case is of 2nd marriage with first nikah broken and first wife visa file withdrawm) any advises please?

hey mates, hope everyone is doing fine and sitting tight for the grants i have loged my wife's 309 and attached Form 40SP as a PDF to her application , will this suffice or I need to make an online application(Sponsorship for a partner to migrate to Australia) for Sponsorship thru IMMI?

hey mates , glad to see grants comming !!! I had applied and then withdrew the sponsorship/visa file for my ex-wife(relationship only lasted 2 months) then I got married again and filed her 309 visa , in my 40SP form , I have mentioned i did a "Sponsorship/Nomination" and that no Visa was granted. Is that OK or can cause any issues? As I see they meant "Sponsorship/Nomination" means when a Visa was actually granted , in my case it wasn't , still i said I have mentioned Sponsored/Nominated 1 Time , any issue? I have mentioned in the same 40SP in Additional info that no Visa was granted etc , and also mentioned the same on my Written Signed Statement and a Stat Dec too Thanks

will do actually its my 2nd marriage , first broke just after nikah and I had to withdraw that first spouse's visa , so wanted my second spouse to live with me right from the starting

309 applied a month ago 600 sponsored visit visa rejected , saying my wife wont return back a bit odd , but shud i now apply a tourist visa and ask them to grant a visa and to gurantee tht she wud return or u can reject her spouse visa application?

hi mates filing visa for my 2nd wife(first 309 application was withdrawn) , while filling our the online 309 form , I get the following: Partner visas sponsors may be subject to sponsorship limitations if they: previously sponsored another partner applicant in the last 5 years previously sponsored 2 (or more) partners in their lifetime were granted a partner visa in the past 5 years hold a Women at risk visa (204) (for less than 5 years) hold a Contributory parent visa (for less than 5 years) The applicant may wish to review the information on the departments website regarding partner sponsorship eligibility prior to continuing with this application. Should I just ignore/bypass this warning? Or does the limitation apply to me?

thanks for the answer mate do u reckon i shud hire and agent to file my spouse visa now? i m worried if IMMi is any strict with my 2nd application and case goes into any complications? or u reckon this 2nd application will also be the same as first one where i provide all evidences to prove the relation and my wife wud get 309 easily? we wud like do the same as having joint bank accounts , myself sending her monthly maintenance money , we wud travel together for our honeymoon etc

ok no 309 then? come on mate , i have seen nearly everyone been granted a visa within 12 months , urs is just an exception, anyone can comment on my qs please? thanks

hey mates ,hope everyone is fine and smooth sailing with their 309's just wanted some help with my case , first marriage only last 2 months(no rukhsati) , 309 and 600 were filed but withdrawn and didnt resulted in a Visa grant.(all visas filed myself/no agent) Then I am getting married again with my fiancee after having an 8 months engagment period , looking to file her 309 visa soon. shud I hire a consultant to help me with my new visa file for 2nd wife? any complications expected or it shud be smooth as the pervious file? just a bit worried if immigration asks for anything new as its a 2nd marriage (i have divorce cert etc) , anyone thinks it wud be a prob with added complexity? i understand the visa process and the claims/proofs to provide to IMMI thanks guys

hey mate sorry to hijack ur posts guys , i have the same issue here unfortunately , got nikah only done on 20-jan-2018 and then filed my x-wife visa(309) on 20-feb-2018 and then also filed her 600 visit visa on 25-feb-2018 , but she demanded divoced due to her reasons. NADRA divorce cert issued on 30-march-2018. Both 309 and 600 Visa application withdrawn successfully(no visa grants for Spouse or VIsit visas). It was an arrange marriage only nikah done and no rukhsati. To move forward I have just been engaged to my fiancee in May-2018 and plan marriage in Jan-2019 and then file her 309 and 600 , any potential issues? anything to be careful of? please any sugesstions. I just want her application;once loged; to go thru smoothly. Appreciate feedback - Thanks

hello all I just got recentely Nikah done with a girl , and ended up in divoce in 2 months , she demanded divorce as she didnt wanted to go forward I had filed her 309 Offshore application and her 600 Visit sponsored family visa aswell. I have now given her divorce after several attempts to change her decision , but to no avail. Date of marriage and date of divorce is like 8 weeks apart. Next steps? I have update the 309 and 600 Visa application with change in circumstances and requtested DIBP to cancel her applications. Bcoz her visa 309 is not get granted , I can sponsor my future wife easily? Any complications like 5 year wait to sponsor a new wife? Any special considerations I should take with regards to documentation? I am really heart broken with what happened to me and I am looking for a more suitable life partner but want to make sure my future wife has no issues getting her 309 visa Please advise guys Thanks

Thanks mate for the suggestion which I think is correct aswell. Its just there is a whole option where is asks for extended families of me+wife where I have mentioned all her siblings/parents and my siblings/parents aswell. Thanks

Thanks mate ! Appreciate your help I also read on IMMI that family unit is only me+wife , so we are putting a NO to migrating/non-migrating family members , as we are a newly married couple and have no kids. Related to reach other by blood bla bah is also a NO , as I now understand this question only relates to us if we knew each other before marriage , which is not the case
