DOL Jan-2019 got a call last week to submit the online vesion of 40SP , as we uploaded the PDF format no interview/no other docs requested (we have front-loaded all docs/medicals/pcc) any idea whats going on and how long shud it take? interview? thanks

hey mates just wanted a quick advise on the 40SP online form for: I had previously lodged sponsorship for my ex-wife and later withdrew it and resulted in no 309 visa. Qs : Has this sponsor previously sponsored/nominated a spouse, de facto, prospective spouse or interdependent partner? do I answer this to be a YES or NO? 309 visa wasnt granted before thx

hey mates, into the 6th month now, all docs/meds/PCC front loaded unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with Type-2 diabetics and High BP and put on medication, and it's getting very challenging managing my food/daily life routine alone. if this enuff of a medical reason for special consideration if I send Islamabad AHC to look into our file sooner by providing a detailed medical letter?

hey mates do we need to fill and submit Form-54 too? 5th month since lodgement , all docs and meds done , 2 times 600 Sponsored Visit visa also rejected seems a long wait , reckon I should wait or try a Student visa etc for my wife?

thts OK mate , majority of applicants only spend a few days together before returning to AU and got visa without any issues

hey mates entered the fifth month of my wife's 309 visa , good time to get Paki PCC? it says validity 6 moths but i hear IMMI assumes its valid for 12 months , is this correct? thx team

hey mates ,hope everyonez doing good and enjoying Ramadan ! For second marriage case: I wanted to ask do we need to provide "Divorce Deed (which is on the court paper)" too? Or Previous marriage "NADRA Marriage" and "NADRA Divorce" certificate are enough? Thanks
