Hubby being relocated to melbourne from UK. I'm a registered community nurse/ nurse specialist with a diploma , before degrees were mandatory. Looking for community/ HIV role. Looking at visa 457( skill shortage) looks like 7-10 months to get visa. Should I apply for jobs or wait til I get my visa?

Hubby been offered to relocate to melbourne. Unable to contact Australia house in London...tried ringing, no pickup, no email address to send queries. Need to find out out easy for me to obtain visa to work as registered nurse.
