hello everyone please help me out if nomination refused and my employer didnt inform me and i dont have the access of nomination, only for application , how can i know this because its still show received, my question is if nomination refused so the status will change from received to finalised or something else ,

when ur nomination file open and when they approve ur nomination?

thanks colombo now a days we cannot say that we get the visa on cook or managers, so it means that it will take 2 mnth maximum for finalise them.

barker.... its easy to spoil everyone life under rsms visa just issue new policy with this thing: at the time of decision making if not in list so we will not approve.... i really dont understand if they will do like that so who will responsible for last 18 month who's waiting every day for result .... they have to inform this thing when they implement the new policy atleast clear all the applicant which is waiting more than one year in queue.....now we all are looking for month march and hopefully i m dam sure at that time processing time will increase 16 month to 24 month.... wait n watch

it means no visa for rsms until new policy will come ... simple n understanding .....dont know why they do it like that ... they simply remove rsms in all over australia so no one will wait for so long ...
