I did go to court for mine as I appealed twice it and lost. And because I forgot I did go to court, I didn't declare in the initial submission of the application but to be on the safe side, I just added a Form 1023 to the application. In your husband's case though, I would not indicate Yes if just a parking offence and he paid it straight off without disputing (as he didn't go to court). Hope that helps

The requirement is each country been to for more than 90 days for the time you have been on your PR so I assume yes.

I don’t think PCC can be backdated. Others might argue. You just ask for one and they are supposed to provide all information on your name/ID number etc.

Click Visa application in Q12 and then Q16, Visa Class: Citizenship. I left Q15 empty as not a visa application but a citizenship application. That's what I did with mine. You also attach the Form to your citizenship application in Immi online account so it is assumed the attached document relates to your citizenship application.

They themselves don’t really know what is happening so they just repeat what the website says. I’m sure the first few weeks after the change will be a mess but will start getting back on track. I’d just be parient and settle it’s probably going to take time Do you have an online immi account? Does it say we’ve received your application? Did you confirm with them they had your papers? I heard some people gor their papers lost so good to confirm all that.

Like in your case you could say ‘I misread the question and later I realised I missed to consider that my husband is an applicant not included in this application (he will submit a separate application) and my child would not be included in this application as already a citizen (by birth)’

I'd lodge Form 1023 if any of the answers were incorrect. I only noted one typo on my online application and just submitted Form 1023. Submitted mine 7th October and got the letter with update too. And 120k what a mess!!

My guess is the numbers are skewed by those applications which were submitted but left unprocessed in the last 6 months.

Did you apply online? If yes, the acknowledgement should have come straight after payment was received. Not sure about paper, from others I know it might take a week or a couple of weeks. My suggestion is to call DIBP, they would have acknowledged receipt as of now.

You still have to have lived here a total of 4 years though.

If you are eligible to apply this Friday, the online system would not let you go further with your application before this date. It is not an error, nor related to the bill. It is just how the system works to make sure people apply only when they become eligible. There is information of the date of arrival and date of PR grant (at least that was my case) and the system automatically stops you from applying before you become eligible. So no worries, wait until Friday and you will be able to access the whole form.
