  1. Well.... just sharing my case. Today is officially 2 years of me waiting since my bridging visa C was approved after applying for 187 direct entry. My MA said to apply for the 3 steps at the same time as my previous visa was about to expired, so we did. 2 years after, my case hasn't been allocated, I have called immigration several times to always get the same response, to just wait. My MA says the same, to wait. I'm from an HR country and my occupation is Interior Designer in WA. I have been working with my employer for 2 years and a month... I have been through hell with them and this wait is not worth it anymore. Now looking at other options and leave Australia behind. Is ridiculous that immigration have people waiting for such a long periods when we don't even know if the visa is going to get approved or not. Good luck to the all the people that is still waiting.
  2. Waiting since the 5th of February 2016 - 22months and counting...
  3. The completed application has been with DIBP for 22months and 8 days. Nomination hasnt even been approved yet... The processing time when I applied was "6months"..... I spoke to a migration agent and they say I would have a chance to present my case to immigration, but that doesnt guarantee they won't cancel my visa. That's why I wanted to hear from people with similar experiences.... Anyone?
  4. Hi Sarah, Can I ask what happened in the end? I'm on a similar situation... I applied for the 187 visa 22 months ago and still waiting on a response while on Bridging visa C. The work environment is the worst, bullying by everyone, I have been on stress leave on a few occasions and I confided this to my boss, which decided to share this with the entire company (including co workers) which only made it worse... I struggle so much to go to work and I just want to quit right now.... How long were you waiting for your 187 visa to be approved before you quit? I'm considering quitting as soon as my visa gets approved and present my case to immigration. However I dont think I can last any longer than 2 years waiting for a response, Any comments please?
  5. It will be 20months in 3 days for me... also WA and DE Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz

  9. I have sent another email to immigration inquiring about my visa lodged in 3/02/16. In case anyone wants to know what the autoresponse says, see below: **This is an automated response regarding ENS 186 and RSMS 187 applications. Please do not respond to this email** Email Updated on 28 August 2017 IMPORTANT INFORMATION We are currently allocating ENS/RSMS cases lodged between April 2016 and June 2017. As an efficiency, the Permanent Employer Sponsored Entry programme will from time to time, allocate applications for processing out of sequence. The department’s global visa and processing times are a guide only which do vary within individual visa programmes depending on numerous factors. In an environment where the department, and the Australian Public Service at large is expected to deliver efficiencies, one of the key factors that will influence our processing time is whether an application is complete at the time of lodgement. ....................................
  10. Hey Ivan, I dont have an answer to your question. However, with the Police clearance, did you attach one to your application when you submitted and now they are asking for a current one, or you never attached one?? I attached mine with the application but that was over a year ago... I wonder if I should get a new police clearance to date and add it to the application?
  11. Where are you? I'm in WA... what does your agent says?
  12. I called to the department of immigration.... They say my nomination hasn't been finalized. Hence why my case won't be allocated until that is done... Then I asked for an update on the nomination, and they say they can't give any information to me, only my migration agent... How people know when the nomination has been finalized, and how long does that normally take? Then she said, that after the nomination is finalized, my application should be allocate it. My migration agent applied for me on 5th February 2016...
  13. No I don't.... I also did my medicals over a year ago and my police clearance from back home is about a year old now... However I have been in Australia all this time...Do I need to get new exams and updated police clearance of a place I haven't been to in the past 6 years????
  14. Thanks!!! I will call them today Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz
