I applied 187 aug 2016 offshore .. can anybody suggest me please ..should i do health examination now or when the CO allocated for it and when i open my immi account it show 186,187 both what does that mean i applied for both

Inappled in Hi i applied in 11 august 2016 visa rcb and nomination all together but still i m waiting and no CO allocated yet
