3 years. If lets say your IELTS or any other english language certificate expiring today, it is still valid for immigration purpose till next year. For immi its valid upto 3 years

Hello, Its like i dnt understand how it works, my sponsoring employer says in the contract that i will start working in his Adelaide office once i get approval. So question is it doesn't matter if immi take one year and doesnt effect the case at all, or immi cant question the employer that they or their business will wait for one year to hire me? Doesn't effect the case at all?
