Yes this is the process I thought also from information on the website ,but I had read on other posts that some people's had obtained limited registration prior to a job, but I cannot see details of this, as you point out details of your supervisor are required for limited registration. Can I ask: did your friend find work fairly easily or did it take some time? Are companies willing to see individuals through there probation period? Thanks Zoe

Hi, Just been granted a 189 visa for myself & our family. I'm currently planning the big move including the sale of our house, business etc. Any advice or things to consider before & after the move with regards to every day life and settling down would be appreciated, things you wish you'd have know before you moved that may have made things easier. Hi I'd like to know this too, as far iv read on the 'step by step process for overseas trained practitioners' it does state that limited AHPRA registration application can be obtained once been offered a position in Australia as details are required for supervised practise but this is a OTcouncil document. I'm still awaiting full Visa grant 189 so haven't fully got my head around AHPRA yet

Iv have just done this for a 189 they didn't want individual payslips, P60 was sufficient for proof of payment. I did have to request a written reference from each employer detailing my pay & job role also to prove my years of experience I was claiming points for. Sounds exciting opportunity! I have just applied for a 189 visa qualified OT with 10 years experience. I'm currently waiting a grant that was submitted in August so may have a long wait. Iv had an invitation to apply for 189 visa via skill select however when I log into my immi account it's not showing my application- even though iv started it. Is there another way to access this application other than going via skill select email every time as it's not saving information I have input?
