In a queue i waited almost an hour over the phone then communicated with immi.officer advised me that the one I've received is earliest one. Should i call again and speak...I'm worried.

I've got 15 Aug. and tried to call immi. to change it early but that's the earliest what I've got.

Hi Donna When you called immigration, did officer ask you for any reason why you wanna change to earlier appointments? If yes they asked then should we prove that reason why we wanna change to earlier?

But I dont know which page should be open in browser I've checked in my immi account but nothing is there...Where should i go ..I mean which website I have to open so i can see the schedule ? I've checked email for test date...nothing shows there either to refresh ...I dont know which page I have to open and refresh.
