  1. Thanks again, I have sent the requested information. I attached the evidence to my application under sponsor attachments and added a letter explaining. Missus completed an online 40sp through a seperate immi account (letter requested this, don’t know if it’s correct) and referenced TRN.

Fingers crossed its it’s all right.

    Hi SB

I’m sure you’ll be fine as long as you have referenced the TRN so they can link the applications....was there a button at the bottom of your attachments page that you had to press to confirm you had supplied the additional info?
  2. Ah, as I have never lived in Aus only visited for extended periods I never needed one. I’d assume it’s the same though. No reason there would be a difference.

Quick q: when asked for more info, where did you send/upload the info? On the attachment page?

    Hiya,

There’s a section on the applicant and sponsors page that says ‘additional documents’ I would add it there if it doesn’t fall under any of the other categories ... as long as you have a clear file name they can identify it by you should be fine.
  3. Hi all,
Additional evidence has been uploaded and I'm now waiting for my AFP check, how long did it take for other people? I called them yesterday and they said it could be up to 25 working days [emoji20]

Mine took just over a week, we had an acknowledgement email once we applied and they said it had been despatched that day, I doubt you’ll have to wait that long.
  4. Morning all,
I have just received the golden email. 309 visa signed off today. I have just booked a week holiday in bali to enable me to accept the visa as I am currently onshore. Timeline for those still waiting was front ended application on 10th April. Wife aussie and two kids joint nationality. Further info requested on 13th October. Visa signed off on 13th November.
Not a lot of partying I can do in Meekatharra tonight, but a relief nonetheless. All the best to those still waiting.

    Congratulations wonderful news.
  5. Hi there!
Long time lurker on this post. Just wanted to chip in to let you guys know that I just got my visa granted this morning! Both 309 and 100.
    Lodged: 1 June 2018
(Police and health documents uploaded within two weeks or so. Everything else front loaded.)
    Granted: 12 Nov 2018
So that's about 5 and half months in total. Heard absolutely zilch until this morning but woke up to a great surprise! I started getting excited when I saw a lot of grants appearing in the last couple of weeks. So don't give up hope, people, they're still filtering through obviously :)
I married my Aus-citizen husband at the end of August this year (engaged since Feb 2017) and we've been together for six years now. So I guess a pretty straightforward application compared to some. Booking our flights today and hoping to move at the start of April (originally hoped to move around February but my sister's getting married at the end of March so we'll go straight after that instead!)
Best of luck to everyone x
    Karla

Congratulations, best wishes for the future x
  6. Hi all.
I received my 309 grant today. A bit disappointed that it wasn’t the 100 as well, but hey I definitely can’t complain.
We hadn’t been together for 3 years at the time of application (22.05.18), however we have been since July, so I was hoping they would take that into account prior to grant. Still very grateful though.
Best of luck to the rest of you, especially the March and April people.

    Congratulations to you both.
  7. Hi there, I have been asked for more documents for first time after applying 5 mths ago. It is for police checks. We uploaded the payment receipts onto immiaccount but didn't click that button at bottom of screen as apparently only meant to press that once we upload the actual police certificates (which are in mail will take another couple weeks). I got told over phone by immigration worker today to only press it once my police certificates are uploaded. They said they get a notification in the meantime to see when we upload things (eg. receipts) as otherwise they wouldn't have seen anything on our immiaccount back when we first applied 5 mths ago. Does this sound right?

    Hi there,

Yes, that is correct, you don’t press the button till the police checks are back and have been uploaded, the button at the bottom notifies them that you have finalised there requests. Once it’s been pressed I’m not sure it can be reactivated so if I was you I’d not press it till you have them both back and uploaded under the character section of your immi account.
  8. Thanks for the earlier info, once I clicked the button my application went from ‘initial assessment’ to ‘further assessment’. Like you say, I assume this lets the reviewer know you have supplied the additional requested information.

I’m glad it was of some help to you, I’d have hated for you to have been waiting when it was avoidable, I hope you hear soon and all the best with your future plans [emoji4]
  9. I just had a panic about comments on the "I confirm I have provided information as requested" button based in comments above. I have had a request for more information and account has progressed to "further assessment". I uploaded all additional information requested on the 15th October (2 days after the request). I noted that mhaffie had a 10 day turn around in a similar situation. My concern is that the "I confirm...... As requested" button is greyed out for me, but all documents are stated to be received. Thoughts??

Hiya, I’ve just been into my account and our button is greyed out too. I was just trying to explain to the other applicant that activating the ‘information requested’ button is what I imagine prompts immigration to check to see if their requests have been met. My account changed to further assessment too prior to receiving my grant, I think it’s just a matter of time before you get news, they seem to be quite frequent now.
  10. I received a request for further information at the end of last week - to provide all residential addresses in the last 10 years again.

When you say ‘hitting the provided all information requested’, is there actually a button for this? I just uploaded an additional document and that’s it!
Im sure you don’t go to the bottom of the pile again....

The wording is ‘I confirm I have provided the information requested’ it’s at the very bottom of the attach documents section. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you’ll see it ... if you haven’t activated it I’m not sure they will know you have uploaded your info, if you go back in, the prompt should still be there, my visa has been finalised but the button is still showing on the bottom of the Sonsors page, hope this helps [emoji4]

  11. We got the email this morning. 309/100 granted overnight whilst we were asleep one half an hour after the other. We applied on May 9th via a migration agent with everything uploaded except the medical which was requested a few weeks later. We have heard nothing since then until now. I am british, my husband is an eligible NZ citizen - he lived in oz 1999-2001. We have both lived together in the UK pretty much since then. Married 13 years. 3 kids with dual NZ/UK citizenship also on the visa who were also granted permanent residency last night. Had booked flights this week regardless and I had a 3 month visitor visa. I am due to start work in february and my work there had starting looking into an additional temporary work sponsorship visa to ensure I could start. No need for that now. Slightly in shock but it’s an amazing feeling. Clearly they are suddenly processing their many piles of waiting visas.  Hopefully all of you waiting will get the news you want very soon. We didn’t believe it would happen then suddenly it does.

    Congratulations to you all [emoji898]
  12. Congrats to all who have been approved [emoji322] [emoji846]
just wondering how long it states you have until you can arrive to Australia? We are about to take a long holiday and anxious it will cross over. I was reading it’s about a year? But wondering if anything has changed...

If you go straight to 100 you have a year to enter Australia from the date of your medical or police check, whichever was earlier, this does not have to be your permanent move though.
  13. Can't believe it! We got our golden email today! PMV 300 granted through London - perfect timing as I fly to Adelaide next Wednesday. Guess I'd better get on with organising our wedding which is happening in 11 weeks time [emoji33][emoji4]
I don't think the news has really sunk in yet as I got the email 10 minutes before I started work so quickly spoke to my partner over in Oz then have been flat out since then. Still in shock!
Good luck to you all out there!

Huge congratulations to you, wonderful news, happy wedding planning and I wish you all the best got the future x
