ive started to gather my info / evidence , nearly passed out when I heard how much the Medicals were, does it matter when the letters from friends etc were dated the ones that I believe have to be certified? If they did them now would it be ok for when I lodge? I have sooooooo many questions xxx

Just make sure that you include everything that they ask for in the document checklist. You could even start scanning your documents onto your computer now, as it's a very long process, so that they are ready to be uploaded after you apply.

Hi and congratulations on those who've been granted their Pmvs!!! 

Im amazed to hear they came through so fast do you have any advice as I'm hoping to put mine in this month ( I have to children with my ex and we have permission from court to relocate) am absolutely terrified of submitting the forms!! Xx

Thanks ever so much for your help much appreciated , I have to say as much as I can't wait to be with my partner full time all these forms etc fill me with dread terrified of missing something out or putting something in the wrong place ? Xx

Hi , this is my first post , I'm looking at putting in for prospective marriage visa soon.  My partner is Australian and lives over there, I live in the uk with my two children ( we got court permission to relocate) apart from the mind boggling visa application process I'm wondering about the police check - I have a caution from ten years ago I have never been in trouble before that or since, also I have fibromyalgia amongst other things (depression anxiety due to DV from my ex)

all of which for the most part I manage very well my question is will either of these points get me refused a visa?

Hi could you please let me know how you get on - I was in court all last year , finally winning permission to relocate to Australia, all the different categories and rules are blowing my mind 

i will hopefully be granted a marriage visa and will be taking my children with me
