So could I travel on a holiday visa while I await my 189? its all very confusing!

Hi, has anyone travelled to Australia before having 198 visa completed. I was wondering if once I submitted EOI could travel to Australia and await final visa decision there? Or would I have to leave and re enter? Thanks

Has anyone has an LOD from ANMAC recently? How long did it take? I'm getting very impatient as have been waiting forever!!! Would be lovely to hear from someone who has had a LOD

Oh right I was told this was a good to do. But it looks like no one has heard of it.

Not sure? I was told if you get medical and police check before you lodge EOI/ visa then it can speed things up because you are 'visa ready'!

Oh. I was hoping it would be the later! Guess I've got more waiting to do then.

Can anyone give me more info on what 'visa ready' means and what difference in terms of waiting times to be granted PR visa being visa ready makes? Does it make a significant difference in getting visa faster? Thanks

Hello, just wondered if anyone has had s recent acceptance from anmac? I sent my paper off end of march, had an email to say it has been received but nothing since....I really dislike the waiting. I was hoping to be in AUstralia for September but this is not look likely. any advice/ past experiences would be great! Thanks liz
