Hi All, I have a friend who got his PR in Feb 2017 whilst living in Australia on a temporary business visa for ~ 6 years prior. Question: Would the 4 years wait apply to such applicants who are already permanent residents before the rule change was announced? Apologies if this was discussed earlier.
