I agree with your comments - Its strange that the sponsor is not appealing.

According to the timeline the last hairdresser to be approved was on 11/03/17 after a 7 1/2 month wait - I'm still waiting 16 months

Yes, We lodged in Oct 2016 off shore - direct entry - from LR - still no news at all. So depressing just have to be patient.
