  1. Yes we did consult an agent and will not be applying again
  2. CO determined that the employer would not be able to afford the salary?? which would of been the norm as any other hairdresser in the area. A lot of applications are getting refused for silly reasons. We're not appealing as we feel it will be a waste of time (18months approx.) and money
  3. We just had our 187 DE visa (Hairdresser) for the NT refused on 01/08/18 at nomination stage after waiting for 22 months ?
  4. I87 de - Off shore - LR - Hairdresser - After 22 months of waiting have just received nomination refusal. Reason given was that employer would not be able to pay salary - what a pathetic and feeble excuse. Will not be appealing as it will be a waste of more time and valuable money. The whole immigration process is flawed with stupid reasons given to most refusals. To all of you waiting best of luck and hope your dreams come true

  7. Yip been patiently waiting since Oct 2016 will be losing patience very soon ?
  8. Check the spread sheet I've managed to add you back on - filled in as much as I could
  9. Agreed, I think it will be at the discretion of the case officer for any renewals
  10. Well not sure of that because most applicants have provided all required docs when submitting visa application - If the dept have NOT processed applications on time surely then docs submitted i.e. Ilets - Police Clearance - Medicals etc should still be valid during the processing time - Imagine the extra cost that will be incurred if they have to be renewed

  12. Hi - My wife is a hairdresser and also submitted similar documents as you have on her full time employment, she was however lucky to have her vetassess (technical interview ) done over a Skype interview which was brilliant and stress free in the comfort of our home. She has been sponsored by a hairdresser in the NT and have used a MA from there - We have submitted our visa application for the 187 DE and this was done in Oct 2016 - Yes Oct 2016 We have not heard a thing from immigration since. The current processing time is 17-19 months. Just to fore warn you this is a long long process and lots of patience is needed. Maybe the 190 visa will be quicker - good luck.
  13. Hi Bella - Its the missus that's the hairdresser (main applicant) currently working at supercuts in Essex. She got a sponsor in Alice Springs ( NT ) Just dam lucky her employer has been patient - Hope not to long to go fingers crossed
