Thank you Raul for your kind feedback, The reason I became bridging visa E was I did voluntarily cancellation my 457 visa while I am applying 187 visa on the recommendation of my migration agent, I have no illegal record and overstayed my visa.

Hi Hello everyone, my 187 nomination got rejected due to change in ABN number while I am on bridging visa E, after that I came back to oversea without overstaying my 28 notice period given to me, now my migration and other people are saying that I can’t apply any other temporary visa like student visa and so on for three years but while I am departing from the airport immigration officer told me that it can be waived but I should contact the Australian embassy. I am very confused where to contact. Please can anyone help me with this matter because in my country there is no Australian embassy. your help will be highly appreciated.

Same here too.. its almost 1 year n no news at all..don't know what step to take if it gets refused as we spend our hard earned money to process this visa n waited for so long time... hope all of us will get good news soon..

Thanks mate, direct entry cook, onshore we got my wife's Pte available only on end of march, so I think If CO open our file also we have to wait till my wife is done with her Pte exam.

Hi everyone, m new member to this forum but following this forum for awhile, my MA told me that my wife's ielts is valid for 12 months only as she is the secondary applicant. I thought for all applicant both primary and secondary the ielts validity is same, m confused can anyone help me plz... And another issue is in my wife's applicant, under the English ability in question " did the applicant done English language test in last 36 months " instead of YES, mistakenly we wrote NO, I am very worried about this, but we attached her ielts. will it be reason to refuse my visa? Any solution? Please help..
