Hi, Well you should call or email this to your migrant agent quickly. Anyway you need to inform this issue to IMMI. As far as I k now ppl will say you are so lucky because no need to follow the 2 yr full time work anymore. You might have to prove that you are willing to get a new job in your area for IMMI. In my guess, it depends on luck because there are still heaps applicants in ENS and RSMS occupations related to LEVEL 1 code. According to the fact sheet many engineers or teachers are still waiting for their turns.. We all can say that the work IMMI does is a peace of shit. No repect from us.

No official news has been spreading for a 187 visa so far, but many believe that there will be a massive restrucuting work on RSMS visa too. We will see what happens.

Yes I do agree with you. There is no guarantee that 187 is totally safe.

We are ok for now. I was saying that the future policy will may affect on our visa unexpectedly but of course I hope not. For example, the government extends the visa holding time form 2yrs to 3 yrs something like that.

So all the occupations are still eligible for 187 visa.However, according to recent press release, there will be a massive restructuring on 187 visa in March 2018. Details about the changes are yet to be confirmed but it is clear that the government is going to strengthen the policy on 187 visa as well.So if you have lost your way in 457 visa, you're planning to apply for 187 visa, you'd better hurry before March 2018.

I would like to know Kristy's MA in Adelaide. Everyone just be sure that they are dodgy MAs everywhere in AU. Make sure each of you guys do the self check up in the Immi acc whether every doc has been uploaded or not. Double checking does not cost you at all.

Guys... I reckon Immi changed thire way that just showing the actual processing time rather than saying 6 months time so that they can be away from being asked about visa processing time. Time flies. Keep staying positive. We will get there soon.

Hi bud, the most important stuff is ,as we know, you must work for your employer for 2 years because you are the main applicant for your sponsorship. This means your wife should be ok to work in other area. Just keep her address where you live for the bills. No dramas:wink:
