Thanks Ken for sharing your timeline. Do you think things would've changed from your times and I can hope for a ceremony by April. The reason I ask because the council has nearly 2 ceremonies scheduled per month for 2017. I do need to plan overseas travel so can't wait beyond May. Is moving out of Maribyrnong the only solution
