Can u still tell me what can I do

Today I want to ask a favour from everyone .... today I try to open my case on immi link and found my visa got refuse on 27 September and till date my agent dint inform me .... I want to take legal action about him .... can anyone plz tell what can I do .... I waited for this visa so long and today I heated this .... the reason behind refusal was that I was not having 5 yr experience . Plz frnds help me I request you .

Hi everyone .... m new to this forum ..... I just wanted to knw your opinion on my case ..... as my agent file my visa 187 on 30 march 2016. After that I tried calling him even sent many emails he don't reply . I have my file id and transaction id which is on my bridging visa as I am offsore. Plz tell me is it fine to call immigration to get update on my visa . Plz suggest .... thanks in advance
