Beautiful days, , the night skies are amazing with no light pollution .  Cold and saw snow up on the mountains over the weekend.

Ditto, a lovely crisp sunny day and been walking through the Gorge today.

Brrrrr minus 2 tonight, clear skies and wonderful stars!  Both log fires burning  with scented candles  >>>>> I adore  this time of the year!

I had to scrape the ice off the car this morning but what a gorgeous day! Off to Asia tomorrow and the mid 40's which is fine by me as long as the air con is good!

I would imagine that the Japanese youth would be mortified seeing what went on today!  The "comfort women" being one instance. We have a family friend who was a small child in a camp in Singapore with her Mother, she has some excruciating stories to tell. But the world hasnt got much better in many instances..

We have wonderful Japanese friends as we do Germans, history can be very embarrassing!

But! Merino wool layers are awaiting to be adorn!  Electric blankets are being given a fleetingly glance! Ice scrapers at the ready, our turn will come but I love the seasons.

Flew out of Launceston to Melbourne for a meeting, the sky was red, the River Tamar looked glorious and came back to a fabulous sunset. We are sitting outside in our BBQ  area  enjoying a few wines in summer gear. An Indian summer at its best!

GLorious weather, blue skies and still in t shorts and shorts today. Lit my fire and candles tonight for "snugglies". I love this time of the year when the dew comes down and the smell of wood fires burning.

Cosy day today with the log fires on candles and mulled wine. Copious amounts of rain, but tomorrow is sunny and off to take the boat down the River Tamar by the Gorge.

A gorgeous soft day here in Evandale, shorts t shirt and a glass of wine watching the world go by!
