Hi every one, Can any one tell me, Do an offshore applicant have MRT or AAT rights to for his visa? because our cousin nomination was refused one month back and we applied for AAT and we got another letter of refusal of visa letter two days back and it says you don't have any visa review rights. My stupid immigration agent says you don't have visa review but you have nomination review only because your cousin is offshore. Is it right or it is immigration agent mistake?

I have been living in Australia for 8 years now, all I can say Australia is a better country but don't expect miracles as so many migrants don't find proper jobs or jobs in their field. So if any of you don't get visa that is not the end of the world. Be positive and take it easy, who knows it may be good for you.

Hi Guys, I am a silent follower from 2 years and I have PR but we applied for my cousin as a offshore applicant for Restaurant manager (WA Regional) in 27May 2016 and Nomination refused 3 days back. IMMI send an email as Invitation to comment on refusal of Nomination. Now we have 28 days to go for withdraw application or Go for MRT. I have a simple question if I withdraw VISA application Will they refund visa fee? ( reason for refusal no need for Restaurant manager only need supervisor). thanks in advance

Hi guys, I have applied for 187 visa direct entry, nomination filed on 27th May 2016, however case officer is not allotted till today (8months). How long it takes to get case officer. I am really frustrated with this delay normally 6months as per the immigration website. can any one give some information about it. Thank you very much in advance
