Hi All, My wife's application has touched 11 months mark. I am thinking to email AHC this Monday and express my concerns. Any suggestions how should I approach them? and should I enquire that my file has been sent to the final decision makers? all suggestions are welcome - many thanks

Hi Khan, Where we can see that change? Have you applied online as well? Yes they did asked for additional docs but not straight after interview. My DOL is 17 Feb 16 - DOI 8 Sep - Additional documents requested and submitted mid of November.

Hi All, Just wondering if someone can elaborate on a point. I have read on different forums where someone mentioned the sponsor status got approved and it was written somewhere on IMMI Account. I applied thru IMMI Account as well but can't see any change. Is anyone aware of that and has experienced it? Please shed some light on. Thank you

Hello Everyone, Just a quick question. My wife's PCC was issued in December 2015 and my DOL is February 2016. I am assuming that PCC is generally valid for 1 year so should I apply for a new one to avoid any further delay or just wait until further correspondence? Please share your views. Thank you

Hi Rehan85, Yes mate I am aware of the SPT as it is the standard reply from AHC every time I email them. Yes they did ask for some additional documents mid of November which I provided promptly after that nothing special happened. I appreciate your feedback. Thank you

Hello Everyone, - Applied for Partner visa 309/100 DOL 17 Feb 16 - Online - Medical/ Biometrics and all documents submitted at the time of lodgement - Telephone Interview - 8 Sep 16 (Wife Only) - Current status under departmental checks as advised by AHC Please advise if anyone has a similar timeline also what should be the approx. ETA after above mentioned status. Many thanks.
