If you guys wanna a coffe (if in Perth of course) just send me a Private MEssage. I wish you all the best luck to everyone. Finally mi life has changed Anthony
  2. TODAY IS MY DAY !!! Hi Guys, just to inform you that my nomination has been granted today and the immi fella ask me only the NPC (national police clearance check) which was quite old (I did it 15 months ago), thanks god they didn't ask me the medical again even if I did the 13th sept 2016 . Now I'm overseas on holidays to my family and YES, today is gonna be a good DAY. Some details of my application DATE OF APPLICATION: 10 JUNE 2016 (BOTH NOM AND VISA) WHEN I APPLIED I'VE ALREADY BEEN UNDER 457 FOR THE SAME EMPLOYER STATE: WA, Perth POSITION: Cook NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES OF MY BOSS BUSINESS: (AROUND 40 OR 50, 15 OR 20 FULL TIME THE REST CASUAL) MY AGE: 31, MY IELTS: 7, MY AU QUALIFICATION: COMMERCIAL COOKERY IV NUMBER OF APPLICANTS: 1 (ME) MY COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: ITALY PLEASE IF YOU NEED ANYTHING ELSE SEND ME A PM, I'll be back in Perth on Saturday if you want to meet me or call me. One day a guy in this forum wrote: IT'S BETTER A LATE APPROVE RATHER THAN AN EARLY REFUSAL and after 15 months I feel I wanna say YES! It,s true. I wish you all the best, greetings from Italy Anthony
  3. Hi Guys, just to let yu know that I am still waiting. Both nom and visa 10th June 2016, almost 14 months as 187 cook, Perth
  4. 27May2016 I wanna hug you brother, you're so right! I move from NSW 2 Years ago sure that was a bargain but at the end of the day, It was better to stay in Sydney. Feel sad but we gonna succedd guys!
  5. No way Raymond, are you still waiting? I feel I'm gonna close this forum forever because is so stressfull read that. Next 10th June will be one year and I'm gonna loose my healt to follow this bull**t Why they are rejecting the visas????
  6. Perth, 10 June 2016, DE cook LR country, almost 11 months and no upgrades yet. My boss business is solid with 50+ employers, I hope the best, that kitcken is so bloody busy! I think it's weird that we all are waiting and no updates yet. So frustrated guys
  7. Hi guys how are you? I'm still waiting for my 187 [10 June 2015 nomination and visa / DE / cook / onshore Perth]. Do you really think that this new government immigration policy will affect the officer decision even for us who applied bloody ling time ago? How long do you think is gonna take to have any news for who applied like me, in June? My business is solid, they've got +50 employees, and I'm qualified but... of course I'm a bit worried.
  8. My application is not allocated yet, in addition the officer told me to avoid to call them because is just a time wastage for both, so.. I have to whait, so stressfull guys :elvis:
  9. Hey Mr April, thank you so much for that, It's very smart. Approximately it takes 2 months every single month of application, so probably you're right sayng another 3 months for bloody June Is gonna be a long way
  10. Hey guys I'm in transition from to 457 to 187. Now I'm under the 457, which was apporved the 6th April 2016, then the 10th June 2016 my MA applied for the 187 visa and nomination as cook for the same employer (cosider that I have the commercial cookery IV certificate). It's very sad that my first MA does not apply directly for the 187 because they told me that the 457 was easy and quick to get instead the 187, but I don't think it's true, they are just lazy people (8.000 AUD WASTED ) Regarding the number to call, when they send you the bridging visa, at the end of the paper you have the number of the office.
  11. Good morning guys, I've just called the Department and they say that my case is not allocated yet but does not take to long to be allocated :nah:
  12. Hey guys, I'm not gonna eat anymore Domino's pizzas http://www.smh.com.au/business/retail/dominos-scandal-franchisees-selling-visas-20170211-guau8x.html congrats to Flomi. I'm still in a long jurney
  13. I'm sure enough I'm not gonna resist another 3 months in that place with the new head chef which is so racist, I spent all my day home crying. Is so freaking sad guys
  14. Hey Gentlemen, how are you? I'm so happy for all the guys that are now PR. I applied the 10th of June, and I don't know nothing yet Cook onshore, is anyone in the same situation?
