Hi everyone my nomination was refused. my owner is applying for AAT. he wants me to apply for appeal too. i'm confused. already applied for the visa with nomination for 3 people. do i need to wait until they refuse the visa application or appeal could be lodged before that without visa rejection. Kindly update me. Thanks

August 2017 i’m not sure...my lawyer said case officer is assigned. checks was made last week and they call on wrong place due to which they want me to coment on that. so my employer is going to submit documents now regarding that info

cook 187 DE Regional NSW rcb approved already applied in august 2017 nom and on dfrnt dates visa file open today...processing centre VIC...immi made checks and receive adverse information due to small mistake my employer taking care of that. sorry...i'm not providing any info about business turnover and my business region. its just to update u. i'm not still sure that they open the file or its just still the initial checks to strt processing of applicationn

can anyone give me update, applications of which months are in process at nsw pese ? thanks

rcb mid august nom end of aug visa mid sep medicals done after 2 days of visa lodgement. police clearance submitted with visa application

well that what they say...i applied almost a month and half ago but still waiting

i am not going to share the whole detail

but hope for the best. everycase is different.. keep ur application up to date. my MA said my application is decision ready

no my employer said, restaurant manager is taking bit long. he just did the cook earlier and got that approved within 6 months.

hi i am also waiting for my RCB approval. i applied last month on 17 august. occupation is cook. in albury my employer recived the rsms for his other cook in 6 months. hope so i will get that in 6 months too

Hi there my MA lodged my 187 visa yesterday and send me the acknowledgement and also the e.medical letter. he also said that i have to apply for medicare at my nearest medicare centre. is there anyone who had any info about medicare? like we have to do that before decision or after decision? still waiting for my nomination and rcb approval
