Hi everyone. I have been a silence member of this forum for several months. It is time to write a post for the first time. This forum helped me a lot while I am waiting.
I checked my immi account today afternoon. My application was finalized on 22nd of Nov. I couldn't believe what I just saw. Called to MA and he said my application has been granted. He said he ask to assistant to send the grant email to me. I haven't received any email yet. However, I checked the account again. Yes Yes my application has been granted.

RCB approved : 31 July 2015
Nomination lodged : 28 July 2015
Nomination approved : 19 Feb 2016
Doc requested : 27 Sep 2016 (declaration form)
Visa lodged : 8 March 2016
Visa approved : 22 Nov 2016

I have an experience about refusal of nomination 19 Dec 2014. It was very hard to cope with the situation. That's why I applied nomi and visa separately. It took double time processing.
