Hi It was quick I have just lodged complaint yesterday night and this evng I got email from them. U just google commonwealth ombudsman it is very easy to find them.Yes the officer said because the processing time is 14 months so I cant investigate until u cross 14 months timeline , after that u send us complaint again. I have got reply from ombudsman the officer said as the timeline is 14 months he cant investigate but he can do after I crossed 14 months.. If there is somebody who is waiting for more than 14 months can go for ombudsman..I think it will help Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz

Hi there, I have applied for Cook onshore De for 187(Rsms) visa in April last year. My file has not been opened yet. I just want to get ready for worse. I am on bridging visa. Can I apply for any other visa like work visa or 457. My spouse is offshore, want to bring my spouse as well onshore.I am on bridging visa A. Plz help me guys. I think feedback is the only option we can use for now. I have send a complaint to immi on 11th may. I have got an email today that they have received my complaint and it has been referred to relevant business area. They will respond in 15 business days. I know it might not help for achieving anything but still if they got many complaints they have to take the action...otherwise people are waiting from 18 months Sent from my iPhone using PomsinOz
