  1. Hello there, i hope someone can help me with this question. My sister and her husband are coming to Australia on tourist visa and then want to apply study visa which we have searched is possible to apply. But the problem is that her husband is in Italy at the moment and his visa is expiring in September and he will have to stay there to get his Italy visa renewed. My question is when my sister and her husband from Italy are in Australia on tourist visa , will he have to be in Australia after applying my sister’s student visa and his spouse visa? Or he can leave the country and he will get his spouse visa by staying in Italy? Mans how long will take to get student visa from tourist visa? Much appreciated replies from experts. Thank you
  2. Thanks for your reply Chris N Lora, but as per my understanding CO only asked for one particular document and I have attached Medicare. In letter he said: “Please provide an official additional Australian Government-issued identity document. For example, Driver licence, Proof of Age card, Centrelink card, Medicare card.” What you guys think? It’s not enough? Any suggestions will be appreciated. thanks in advance
  3. Hi guys, Please kindly help me out. I applied my citizenship on 10 March 2018 and got email today for additional information. They asked for following “Please provide an official additional Australian Government-issued identity document. For example, Driver licence, Proof of Age card, Centrelink card, Medicare card.” I have attached my Medicare as I don’t have any other document. I attached it in additional documentation section in my immi account? Is that right? Or should I attach it in other section? Please help. Thanks in advance
