    Agents

Hi guys, Looking for some recommendations for agents to help with our visa! My wife's job is on the skilled migrants list and would like to progress with our visa and other bits and bobs prior to the our application and need an agent as I believe in doing it properly. Cheers John
  10. If we applied and they refused my mother a visa, would that be a refusal for the whole family of just her ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. If she didn't live with us though she could t afford a place of her own, so would that not make her financially dependent? Because if we were to move she would have no home ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. She lives with us when she is in England but she is not financially dependent on us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Hey guys first time post. We are wanting to apply for a skilled migrants visa along with our two children. My sister also lives on the Gold Coast. My mother who is 70 this year spends her time travelling between the two of us, but her main base obviously is with us in the uk. She has no house of her own and if we left she would be left with nowhere to live in the uk. So my question is would she be considered a dependent on our visa? Thanks in advance guys.
