Got nomination refusal today There was only one manager and I was nominated cook. the bussiness was in good terms but they said they cannot afford me. crying..___

Yesterday My MA's called immi and they said your file has been allocated in NSW PSE but they did not provide any particular timeframe. Can anyone please tell me how long they will take to access my application.Thanks alot Nomination-14dec Visa-10May 2016. cook hr offshore.

According the rules they took another 28 days to access the documents after submission.

Hii Mavi bro. I dn't know whats wrong with our occupation. They are giving a priority to all other occupations besides Manager and cooks. I noticed that people with these occupation always got delay.. Anyway I have no idea what to do. waiting is very hard when we are offshore.

Hii Dev. Do you beleive that they allocate your file because you called them. I lodged My nomination 14Dec2015. My lawyer emailed them but did not get any reply from DIBP. What u think. Do I need to call them for my file. Thanks

Am agree with you Will Mate that the immi is picking applicants based on occupations. I also noticed that the occupations like cook and Restaurent Managers taking longer than other occupations like motor mechanic or from the field of engineering. Mavi and Guavi what u think about this..__
