Hi Sarah! Thats right i called them last week and was told there is not a tentative date yet. Maybe that was too early as it was only one week after approval. My council is not too busy and the ceremony participants hardly reach 60. Also If they did not schedule my appointment for the next ceremony then i had to wait 7 months for ceremony. I just checked Liverpool council website. There are ELEVEN ceremonies held during the year at this council . Shame on my council !! Wish I lived in liverpool. 25th February 16 March 3 May 7 June 25th June at 9am 23rd July at 9am and 11.30 am 16 August 15 September - CANCELLED 18 October 16 November 1 December

I asked the council and was told the ceremonies participants number hardly reaches 60 people. I think thats mostly DIBP who makes the decision. From what i see in other applicants timeline i believe the minimum waiting time is three months and DIBP wont let us get in unless we have waited for at least three months regardless of available vacancies at council ceremony Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Contacted my council and was told 19 Sep is the last citizenship ceremony held in the council. So i reckon its highly unlikely that I can get my citizenship by the end of this year.
