Hi everyone Specially khem, dev,kKumar etc pls advice as following Bcs I'm to stressed now Nomination aproved - 25/9/2015 Visalodged 187 de - 20/11/2015 Docs requested by WA pese team 7 - 3/8/2016 AFP for secondary aplicant and form 80 for both Docs are submitted on - 24/8/2016 On Friday 16/9/2016 - immi deducted secondary aplicant fee from my account $1817 Bcs secondary aplicant added in aplication after lodged aplication This morning I rang to immi about my status and they said ur aplication is on internal check by agencies for security and character reason .and also immi guy said they will finalised ur aplication very shortly but can't tell exactly time frame Hi guys pls help me and advise that is any problem ,do I need to worry and will this take longer Pls I'm to stressed now

i think now WA pese team 7 is sleeping it's almost 42 days docs requested but they still havenot looked the file after submitted requested docs on 24/8/16 its so annoying we already been waiting for long since 20/11/15 and now after co allocated they again taking long no hope left now just waiting for any miracle

hi katrina, is ur file allocated case officer .pls share ur timeline and what docs they were requested and which centre ur file is allocated AFP normally it's take 2-3 days but mine one I applied AFP on 5/8/16 ,got email from AFP that AFP has been completed on on 18/8/2016 afp hard copy recieved on 24/8/16 Thnx

hi guys I'm felling very sad and frustrated i I have been applied Australian federal police certificate on last Friday 5/8/16 for myself but still haven't got AFP and I rang them this morning they said it's normally take 15-20 days now totally become upset

Hi kkumar, dont worry about s56 it's subject used by immi when they requested documents , u see checklist of documents they requested. form 80 particular character assessment and Bro I also applied my AFP on Friday around 8:30pm Sydney time but still I have not got any email from AFP couid u pls tell what time did u apply ur AFP on last Friday thanx

hi guys my visa application was allocated on 3/8/15 at WAPese team 7 They just asked form 80 for me and wife , Australian federal police certificate for myself only ,I have been already applied AFP certificate on last Friday ,hopefully will get till Tuesday my question is if I'll attached all requested documents on Wednesday then how long will take more by case officer to grant PR we r just waiting for AFP to attach the all requested documents thnx

Hi I also applied new AFP bcs on previous one my name was not as same as passport on my passport I don't have surname ,I have only given name Ravi Kumar but it on previous AFP name was Kumar ,ravi thatswhy case officer asked new AFP with name as passport Ravi Kumar whst s silly mistake done by me and no one checked before even my MA didn't check feeling so upset bcs now I have more at offshore I don't know how long

Hi kkumar, same me thing happen with me my file also allocated case officer on yesterday and case officer asked AFP for me secondary applicant but my migration agent already uploaded on June 2016 and AFP was issued on nov 2015 it's means still valid till November but still co asked so my MA told me to don't worry AFP is valid for 12 months and he will upload again same that one Let's see best of luck to u hope we will both get pr soon

Hi bro, donot misguided by other people I tell u exactly it's serious matter if ur student visa will be cancelled then u won't grant 187 onshore ,even then u can't lodge any visa onshore and u will be get bridging visa E ,which means u u won't be go overseas if u will go then can't come back your current visa status is student ,so u have to maintain ur student visa until u get ur 187 pr bcs before that u have to be ware with all conditions of student viss If anyone has any visa been cancelled then he can't lodge any visa onshore ,but he can lodge only permanent visa offshore only thnx

hi guys my file has been allocated case officer on today I lodged my file at nsw but allocated from wa thry ask following documents form 80 for my wife main aplicant firm 80 for myself Australia federal police for my self but it's already attached and it's just 8 months old visa lodged - 20/11/2015
