I saw The refusal letter of nomination... Well unfair and bad luck I guess When you appeal the nomination it means that you're appealing the visa consequentially (visa is automatically refuse after 28 days from nom refusal) The timing for appealing are at least 6 months (fast-track appeal) to 12 months (normal appeal) So now I just need to wait again!! Hi guys I have news. I spoke to a lawyer. He said if I apply for a new nomination within the 28days from the refusal I can then link my 187 visa to the new nomination. This process is quick ( couple of months). He made my day! I am going to hire him and suck my MA. He said we have enough time! Don't use a MA that screw your life use a lawyer!!!!!
