Approx every one has to give 2-3 ielts which cost 1 year.

Then ad in newspaper 2 months wasted then rcb 3-4 months then 1-2 months other planning then 24 months ..

life change soo much in this time and so does individual circumstances.

: When we talk about the time frame of 24 months do they count from the nomination date or visa applied date?

: Also if the company writes a email to the department about the urgent need of employee will that help in faster process or not?

Is there anybody applied for RSMS with 3 steps altogether?. I applied RSMS on 26/02/2018 and my agent told me that it is possible to lodge visa application directly together with RCB and Nomination steps. It has been three months and I haven't heard any news from RCB approval or not.

Anybody know this case?

Can someone clear one thing to me.. the immi website tells your visa applied date. Where as we wait for nomination applied date.. from which I should calculate 24 months ?

Actually it's not about endless wait, its about dreams which start fading with time.
The department should understand that non immigrants are humans.
After 24 months + your life circumstances changes/ your desires changes and much more plus there is NO GUARANTEE what will happen.

Immi have just requested for police checks after getting my nomination approved yesterday.. hopefully not long to hear the good news..

I just pray to God that no matter it is taking very long but we all should get permanent resident as currently it is not about time line but it is all about rejections which are happening on war level.

I want to clear one thing guys. When in immi account they say 21-23 months.
Do they count this time from nominations date or visa apply date? I have around 5 months difference between both of them.

Guys I would like to share something with you.
My migration agent said that nowadays they have a record of 80000 applications for rsms.
And to drop down number very quickly they are rejecting the files a lot without asking anything extra.
So make sure to deposit all latest financial papers of company before asking.
Just thought of letting you guys know.

Immigration asked us to do medicals in Feb 2018 this year we only did it once.The company that is sponsoring us is a small family run business.
Before we left Adelaide my husband had previously worked for them for 3 years, work was offered to the Australian market, but no body wanted to do the work or had enough relevant experience (it is in the cleaning sector), hence why they looked at the avenue of sponsorship with hubbie.
We have waited so long for this, and still have no idea when our visa application will get approved. it's worrying as the nomination approval states we have to start work at latest 6 months from the date of the nomination approval date. With no approval yet on our visa application we are loosing time, as we would need to arrange house sale, move overseas etc.
