Nominations not cleared yet.

Where as my papers are demanded. Like pcc and educational qualification.

I don't know what is this unique way, as before nomination applicants papers are demanded.

submitted additional docs like medicals , afp, recent paysummary on Nov 2018  before they ask
finally nomination and pr granted  together on 6th feb 2019 almost after 17 months 

It seems 1 minute equals to 1 year.
But god will do best for all of us.
We have to have believe

October 2016 no any news. This drive me to be crazy 

The real stress starts when file gets open or nomination is cleared but visa not granted.

Don't worry good things are on its way.

No one knows whats the criteria and whats the system..

The status receive will be there when you have submitted your form 80.

Once the case officer is appointed your status change into initial assessment.

In case the papers are demanded and when you provide them then the status change into further assessment.

Then you have to wait for the final status finalized

Upon checking on required documents checklist, they ask for Medical and AFP. I hope this is good news for me. I should wait until tomorrow morning for confirmation from MA. Thanks for your help

Hello guys, today my employer recieved call from immigration department. And now my visa application status changed received to ‘inniatial assessment’ . It means they done my Nomination file? It is positive? As my migration agent office is closed now. They ask for s56 means more information needed for my visa application. I applied 187 as a cook from QLD June 2017.

RECIEVED is when your application is received by department.

When a case officer is appointed then the status become initial assessment.

After this that they can ask you for some papers and then you have to submit them.

Once you soubmit them then your status will change into further assessment.

Till that time there is no proof that your nomination is cleared.

Remember nomination has to do with employer , migration Agent , immi department .. Not you.

You role will start after this. Once you recieve visa it will change into granted.

I’ve just received an email from my MA informing me that my nomination was approved early January. 
My status still says received and it may take another few months before they process my application any further but anyway, I’m really happy with the news. 

Guys those of you who has got nomination approved can you tell one thing -

what is the status of your IMMI account is it further assessment or is it something else ?

Also did you get a message in your inbox in your IMMI account that your nomination is approved or it just only your migration agent told you ?

then your immigration is ...

Most MA would not send you the nomination approval letter, because it's actually for your employer. But they will send you an email or give you a call to let you know. You visa file status will remain as received until it allocated to a case officer. That is because the visa file is different from the nomination file. You won't see anything about nomination om the visa file. So i think everything is fine. You just have to relax and wait to hear from the CO when your visa file is allocated. This might take few weeks to months.

My advice is "if even in minute doubt, don't play with immi website "
As your one mistake can land you in problem.
Don't forget its extremely confidential government website.

I am not sure if initial assessment or further assessment is a bad thing. Initial assessment is when the case has been opened and they may request for one document or the other and once uploaded, it will automatically goes to further assessment, then expect final decision in no distant time. 

But its not a sign of nomination approval.

Brother to be honest I forgot what was required to enter IMMI account.

But just open this link https://online.immi.gov.au/lusc/login

And register yourself you will have access to your account.

MY ADVICE TO YOU AND ALL IS THAT DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING IN IMMI ACCOUNT BY YOURSELF. Just let your migration agent do that.

This website is just to give you a relief to see everyday if there is any post.

Make your immi login then underneath on the bottom left hand side there is a button of VIEW DETAILS press that.

Then on the next page in the middle line you will find messages.

Press that

Then you see if the department has send you any message or not.

This is the main thing have to see.

Since the current topic right now going on is about the status of the immigration account so I would like to also input something on this.

If you think that you are status is changed into initial assessment or further assessment and according to you your nomination is done then you are wrong..

Asking paper from case officer does not confirmed that your nomination is done all it means that they ask for for the paper to clarify things.

After further assessment I think the next update is success

like I said before: out of 4 of us, 1 already had PR granted, 1 had nomination granted and 2 not yet nomination, only rcb granted. So looks like they may ask payslip on any stage
