thats right but in case if student visa cancel bridging visa will not come in effect

doli must check your bridging visa condition first if your student visa gonna cancel they have to answer about your application within 28 days its on my bridging visa condition as im a student too it mean bridging visa gonna be cancel too result will be offshore if not you appeal

not yet jerry co asked more documents on 4/7/16 and asked why the company need the person basically which answer is rcb which being approved already, my ma said i not know why he ask this

generally i have notice they give decision after one month of document submission but im not sure hopefully befoe 7/8/16

your and my timeline is pretty much same jerry i applied visa on 26/11/15 and got co allocated on 20/06/16 and asked for more docs then I provided information/documents on 07/07/16 and also still waiting for final decision yet now.

I have submitted the form already as same with the general information require in it because there was no change in any of my circumstances within 8 mounths and no change in any of the information in the form 80. immigration have asked me to provide 3 things form 1022 medical and wwcc but got no answer from immigration about the nomination yet application is open but nomination is not yet what u think could be the reason behind it thanks?

my lawyer just forward me the letter from the department, they have asked me to fill out a forum and provide medical
