    NEED HELP...

    I did google search then I found this useful website.

     

    My timeline is

    nomination 20 August 2015

    Visa 22 August 2015

    Requested documents 25 Feb, asked for financial report, training evidence, my PAYG and research for market salary

     

    DIBP refused my nomination due to my salary is lower than the market salary rate.

    My salary is $62,000 + super. Which is higher than the minimum salary $53,900. I don't know why DIBP rejected my nomination, what can I do now? Should I go to MRT?

    My occupation is Project/program manager in finance industry. Do you guys think too low for this position?

     

    They have already rejected the nomination????

    Could you please confirm

    When the ask for bank statement, do we only have to send only the salary transactions?

    Or we have to send the whole bank statements

    @ sharma most of this documents are on 186 check list and also should submit during 186 nomination n visa application .

     

    Yes Ali ur right.

    I think some one might have done a complaint against me.

    As they visited me in feb 2014 and then in june 2015

    Wow thats alot. Didn't your employer submit all that with the application

     

    This is what the asked when they visited me in july 2015.

    All the documents were submitted

    And immigration reply back in mid november and said they are satisfied with the documents but they may do monitoring again.

    I lodge my 186 TRT in Jan 16

    My bank statement,My super details, PAYG

    My job contract

    "EVIDENCE OF RESEARCH THE SPONSOR HAS UNDERTAKEN TO ESTABLISH THE MARKET RATE"

    Salary expenditure

    Benchmark tranning details

    Payslips

    All the people company have sponcered for 457( there was one on my position but he quit, so i joined after him).

    Record providing job title, jod description and task performed by me

    It was like 9 pages document they leftover.

    Hi sharma1990 is your occupation contracts Administrator as well? What did they ask when they visited your company. Did they come after you submitted the docs or before requesting the docs of ya.

    No i am Customer service manager

    They took my interview for 1 hr

    And after they left, they drop the letter for the owner in which they requested so many documents.

    Market rates was one of them

    Hi guys!! Am new to the forum ill go through the posts and see whats happening.

     

    I need help. I am the only worker in my department our company is operating in melbourne and secured many contracts in last 8 years we are expanding.

    My file opened on Saturday my agent told me today they asked for my police clearance but from employer they asked to explain market salary.

     

    Am a contracts/program/project Administrator as per anzco.

     

    My salary is 65500$ now as am the only full timer and our other business entity has more than 5 full timer department wants to know from my employer that if m being paid market salary or less.

     

    My emplpyer said he will look after the request but im confused.

    I tried google my salary and median salary is coming up as 60,000$ so i want to ask someone who is a guru in these things here or someone had similar request to help as to what position am standing at.

     

    Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance .

    I had similar request frm immigration when they visited my work place in june 2015.

    For that my employer has sent few links and few advertisement available on seek and other websites.

    Immigration was satisfied with that.

    Hi Sharma,

     

    Ya I understand that I'll get BVA if my 457 visa expired, so I'll have to apply for BVB if I wanted to go oversea.

     

    But in anyway will applying for BVB cause any delay in my 186 application?

     

    I dnt think so

    Bcoz one of my frnd he went to india after lodging his application and his application got approved while he was there.

    Just keep all your leave records like leave application and leave approval by your owner

    Hi everyone,

     

    First of all hope everyone of you enjoy your Easter holiday.

     

    Currently I've already got my nomination and is awaiting for my 186 visa to get approved, the visa application was submitted on 25 Jan 2016.

     

    I've still got my visa 457 till 24 June 2016, what I want is to ask is that will I be able to travel oversea, the date that I want to travel is from 01 June 2016 to 07 July 2016.

     

    The date of travelling is flexible as I'm thinking should I arrival back in Australia before my 457 expires, or should I apply for BVB but I'm afraid that'll delay my 186 application in anyway.

     

    Please advise.

    I think When u apply for 186 visa, you automatically get bridging visa. Check your 186 application submitted conformation email.

    My 186 nomination file is open, they asked for super contribution ?

    which documents i should submit?

     

    U can get your supper contribution details from your Super company and from your employer Accountant

    Mine is REST i can get the details out online.

    My timeline is:nom applied 17th August 2015-approved 27th Feb 2016

    visa applied 20th August -more document request 27th,summited 8th March

    visa approved 23rd of March 2016.can someone please add my timeline in to the Google sheets please thank k you.good night.

    Hi friends

    I would like to share it with u guys that i hv gt my 457 visa grant in jan 2014

    In march 2014 ppl from fair work trading came into my office (on behalf of immigration )and took my interview.

    After that in june 2015, 2 immigration officers came and took my interview again. After that in november 2015 they said that they are satisfied with the information we have provided to them.

     

    Does this happen to any one else as well??

    And will they come again?
