    hi mate ,you dont need to do your PCC unless until you been overseas last 2 years for more than 3 months,

     

    Hi mate

    I hv done my pcc in 2015 march, i have lodge my 186 visa in jan 2016. My MA told me to submit a new pcc coz it will take 6 months to open the file and by then my pcc will expire.

    So i hv got another pcc done in jan 2016 before submitting the file

    I got my nomination approved......................................today. 2 mins ago received email from my MA.

    >35 days after requested for latest payslips.

    Could you plz share what additional documents they hv reqested for Visa?

    I was just wondering, does anyone

    1. Had their 186 refused?

    2. Know anyone who has had their 186 refused?

    3. Know the reason it has been refused?

    4. Know why we get so anxious when waiting for our grant( lol to that one)

    I'm only curious.

     

    I think we get so anxious coz we desperately want our PR so that we can move to the next step in life -get a house-make more money-get married (for singles) and the most important part is that we all hv invested so many years of our life here that there is no return from this point.

     

    Commn immi grant some more PR.

    Hello All,

     

    My nomination has been approved. :) I have just received an email of nomination application finalised.

     

    I am so happy and over the moon, now just waiting for visa application to clear.

     

    Thanks for all the prayers and I pray for each and everyone that everything should be fine, it is just the waiting game that really freaks out everyone.

    the only change is the ABN, which is huge. from your point of view, staying quite is fine?

    Hi buddy

    I hv been through this, my company share holders was about to sell it but they did not.

    I hv asked my agent back then and she told me that if the new company is happy to take over u and stays at the same address and ur doing the same duties all u gota do is to apply for a new nomination with the new employer(new ABN) and all your previous work experience will be counted and u can apply fir 186.

     

    Rest is best to ask ur Migration agent

    As far as my understanding goes, you should not leave ur job right after u get ur PR. B/c the reason u got the PR was on the basis of working for ur current employer for 2 years. If DIBP finds out the can cancel your PR altogether.

     

    Am I right everyone? Is it possible to switch employers right after getting PR via 186?

    As per my knowledge

    There is no such condition on the grant pr that the person must work with the same employer.

    One can only face some issue from fair work trading if ur employer complaints to them

    But not from immigration point.

    Good morning everyone,

     

    My MA made a huge mistake, Nomination on 186 and visa application on 187, got nomination approved on 31/03/2016. my visa application file was open yesterday, same CO, same team.

    what a mixture of luck n badluck I have.

     

    CO ask to withdraw application or will get refusal if we don't withdraw. waited so long, was expecting for very good news, but abosolutely devastated. don't know what to do know, if I withdraw n apply 186, another visa application fee,another 6 months waiting time, and don't know the result after that.

     

    Guys, if anyone have advice for me, could you please share???

    Hi buddy

    I think u should withdraw it and apply for 186- as the CO told u to do that. But the good part is that u already hv nomination approved, i dnt think it should be a problm to get the PR , the only hard part is the "WAITING TIME".

    LOL ... don't ask this question please I have answered 100 times. 2 time doc requested and 1 time office visit of immi in early Feb 16 . But now news after that.

     

    I decided to pay 2nd VAC of my wife but now she is doing IELTS to save money , although we did not save time but atleast we can save our money.

    Just wana informe u that they visited me as well in june/15,

    All the application from that company go on hold while the monitoring is done.

    They took 5 months to the finalise mine
