They have started processing my case like half year ago and now they said they are still waiting for clarification.

It is hopeless and very very frustrating.

True. Im just curious. When immi visits a work do they count the report only for the applicant they came for or that affects all other pending applications from the same work.. what u guys think?

Normaly they are after all the 457 visa holders

They want to see if employer is fulfilling the obligations of the 457 visa or not

100% as ur nomination needs to be alproved and they will go after tax, payslips, super and they can check on you in person and the company as well

I have applied with a MA. And they did not requested it.

Payslips are required , u can submit it later on when CO ask u but it will delay ur processing.

All the guys from september waiting: @aussiepr, @mirzaa, @camlucas , @tjtjray, @dara11. Can I ask where you are from?

I called immi yesterday and I got specific information saying that they are waiting for a response from a third party agency (ASIO, I believe) for some checks. They are just as frustrated as us because they want to close the applications but have to wait just like us. I guess it was triggered by my Indian origin, but just trying to make sense.

 

Also, have any of you had visits to you business that could be delaying your processing?
