  1. Granted. I received my FBI clearance early Nov 2016 but of my Husband was never delivered. FBI said, both were send at the same date. Called FBI and answer was to wait for a month. AFter a month, asked FBI to send another copy to a address in USA (just to cut the delivery time), which was received yesterday. Scanned copy uploaded today on immi account and attached to case officer's email as well. In between, received a couple of e-mails directly from case officer asking update on requested documents. Called and talked with case officer directly and e-mailed them the status update as well. Visa granted after few hours of documents upload from WA PSE. Time Line: RCB applied: Jan 22, 2016 Aproved: Last of Jan 2016 Nomination and Visa: Jan 27, 2016 Declaration for Visa Payment requested by NSW PSE: March 23, 2016 FBI Clearance Requested by Team 6, WA PESE: Sept 07, 2016 FBI Clearance uploaded Dec 07, 2016 VISA Granted Dec 07, 2016Family of 4, HR, Occupation: RN
  2. Okay, How does DIBP offices work? E-mail I received says, and Correspondence address at the bottom of the pdf file is: Note here- NSW.PSE email address and POBOX, and WA Perth Street Address? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  3. Gonna take some time, as They have asked FBI clearance, which I can not provide at least for another 2 months.
  4. Mavi, by some reason i am unable to update spread sheet, can u pls update my status as Nomination approved yesterday, more document requested today and status as information requested. Thanks
  5. Just got email from employer that they have received Nomination approval as well. Apparently, Nomination and visa application was assigned to same case officer, thats why we normally get Nomination and VISA decision together. In my case, Nomination and VISA case officer was same. If i had FBI clearance already submitted, I would have visa granted today. I wont bother uploading form 80 as they have not asked. Filling up that form is so tedious work.
  6. My main concern is lying on your application. I am sure, he wants to pay his TAX and he should pay anyway, but pay it before your file opens. And, I don't think immigration would think or should work as " Lets give him PR, he will come back to Australia and pay his Debt to ATO"
  7. Heard from Immigration today. Case officer Assisgned and further documents requested. They have requested only one document for me and my husband, FBI Clearance. As, it says that this is the "last document to meet character criteria and all other criteria have been met", should i assume that Health/medical for we all and English requirement for my husband was met with the documents that i had already provided?. I have given 28 days to provide FBI clearance, I did wait (my mistake) until just 5 weeks ago to apply for FBI clearance and I am sure that I will not get FBI clearance at least another 2 months, what should i do?
  8. Onshore or Offshore, If you owe Tax then you have to pay. You owe tax because you made money and did not pay your share to ATO. If you remember there was a question on your visa application asking "if you have any unpaid debt to Australian Government" and you must have ticked NO. If Immigration gets to know that you were lying, that should raise a serious question about your character and would be enough reason/ground to deny you a visa. I really don't know if ATO would share or IMMI would ask ATO about tax situation, but personally I wont take a risk. Again I am not MA, its only my personal opinion. DEV786, you better ask this question in "ASK an Agent" section of forum. Good Luck.
  9. You have to pay. Unpaid debt to aus government/ato could be enough to refuse u visa. I think there was a question you had to answer "if you have unpaid debt to aus government" something like that on visa application itself.
  10. Update: Heard from NSW PSE today. File opened and case officer assigned. Requested more documents. FBI clearence for me and hubby as we lived in usa for quite sometime. No other documents requested. I hated to fill up form 80 and had not uploaded. Glad they did not ask for it. I have send fbi fingerprints just about a month ago, so dont expect to get it at least 2 more months. Case officer has given me only 28 days to provide documents. I might have to ask extention informing that the request to obtain fbi clearance has been started. Will ask employer if there be any updates on nomination. We dont have MA. Nom and visa applied on 27 th Jan 2016. Onshore. HR country
  11. It was only email with declaration form attached. They had given me 7 days to sign and upload.
  12. Occupation: RN, i don't have MA, I received email from NSW PSE asking to sign and upload declaration. What do u mean by immi letter? It was immi email.
  13. In my case, Nomination and visa both lodged on Jan 27, 2015. I did not upload declaration form and NSW PSE send me an e-mail to sign and upload declaration form on last week of March. No case officer identified/allocated. I have not heard from them yet. Application status is still received. So, i think they do open the file, check it without allocating particular Case Officer to if something big is missing and then put aside in queue,
