No one say that...very simple current bill already rejected by senate majority. what I'm thinking submitted application will safe , those who is still waiting for the decision will suffer..... go and lodge. look, whatever new Amendment will (if) from future date. Coz the current bill is already almost dead so 20th April announcements date not much effective, I think. This retake bill never pass before, it may pass few elements but not all. Back date DEAD.

Whatever will be I don't know but NXT will no consider with Dutton specially with... 1. Retrospective ( submitted application will be process) 2. English test ( may be negotiate less mark or oppose) #people who is still waiting for final result and don't want to spent application cost they will suffer for sure ( my previous experience with immigration matters ) #coz dutton knows very well if applicants start going high court , we will win coz before law he hold all files, that's why possibly he will consider retrospective matters.

Without Amendment it will not be pass anymore, I guess. Also Lower house not pass yet , if pass then senate matter. its a great move Labor reject the bill 2017. Negotiating is better than nothing, hope better comes.

It means skill migration who finished study here, it could be any subject or any level of course...ha ha all study here in English . so I can say applicants who finished their study in Australia are safe from English test . but is that Amendment published yet?
