Hi guys, My partner and I are preparing our application for a 187 visa but I think we have made a mistake!!: we have been in a de facto relationship for more than 3 years. We even applied as a de facto partner when we had to get our 457 visas two years ago but, because last month we got engaged, we have started submitting My Health Declaration form as "engaged", and just now we think that it may cause us problems because "engaged" is less than "de facto", what do you think? This first form has been already submitted but we don't know what to put in our next forms, for the visa application. "De facto"? "Engaged"? We are both actually. Thanks for your help!
