Yes , They will have to travel when your visa has been granted, you will be advised of theirs ‘initial entry date’ and it is a condition of visa that they have to enter before that date. If they fail to enter Australia by the initial entry date their visa may be considered for cancellation, unless they have compelling reasons for not meeting that condition. It is not possible to change the initial entry date on the visa after it has been granted. I'm writing on my behalf base on own opinions & recently experiences . Thanks ☺

If CO is already allocated for your nomination application then better you to wait OR you can follow up through MA . Again saying there will be no difference when employer will be calling regarding your nomination application. There are terms and conditions of communication with department between employer and MA . If you are not satisfied with these statements then your employer can go for a call . Good Luck ☺
