Honestly I don't think so as there are lot more legal proceeder they need to follow, they can't just changed the rules without any updates,

and I'm sure 187 visa is highly piority, had to be published if so...

Hi Sam there is no worries when DIBP have asked you to submit this form , Section 104 of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act) requires you to inform the Department of Immigration and Border Protection

(the department) of any changes in your circumstances that

affect any answer to a question in your application form.

You do not have to notify the department of any changes in your

circumstances that occurred:

• after you were granted your visa (if you applied for your visa in

Australia); or

• after you have been immigration cleared (if you applied for

your visa outside Australia).

Many Many Congratulations on your visa grant first ? , if you did corespondance directly with DIBP then you have to inform your sponsor and MA OR MA agent will notify to your sponsor anyway. All the best ☺
