HI Guy
I really need some advices
I lodged 21/11/15
However I am still on student visa so I don't know that can I cancel student visa or I have to go back to school next semester.
Please help
If you hold any substantive visa (which your student visa is) and that is cancelled . Your Bridging visa for RSMS 187 may have ceased and no longer allow you to remain lawfully in Australia. The conditions for substantive visa remain same until your Subclass 187 will be granted . Good Luck :-)

Hi Guys just a quick query. Lodged nomination on 25 August and visa on the 1th of September.... nomination hasn't been approved but medicals were requested and submitted. Is anyone familiar with this - has this happened to anyone!! Thanks.
Hiyaa Paul ,
My timeline:
22/08/2015 - RCB Submitted
23/08/2015 - RCB Approved
25/08/2015 - RSMS Nomination
25/08/2015 - RSMS 187 Visa Application 25/08/2015 - Acknowledgement Letter
20/09/2015 - Medicals
Haven't heard anything since then from DIBP , MA updated yesterday that standard processing time is now 6 months from the day of lodgement.*
I'm considering myself as stop being afraid of what could go wrong, and focus on what could go right .
Good Luck

If Spouse completed post graduate OR studied consequently for 5 years in English Medium. Not necessary to go for ielts right?
Yes you are right , if someone complete at least 5 years of secondary education at institutions in which all instruction was conducted in English . It could be a degree, a higher degree, a diploma or a trade certificate as per my MA . Cheers
